Everyday Goddess Photography is a transformational experience to help women manifest their inner goddess and boldly take up space.

If you purchase the 1.5 hours or 2 hours Everyday Goddess Photography session you have access to the Goddess Gown client closet.

There is a wide variety of sizes, colors, and styles to reflect the diversity of the goddesses we photograph.

We also have some fun cosplay pieces available to borrow (think wings, corsets, costume weapons etc.)

Let me know what day works best for you to view the closet and play dress up.

We will bring them over to you to try on in the comfort of your own home. You can borrow the dress and accessories for the session.

Please return all items borrowed within 3 calendar days of the session or you will be charged a $100 closet fee.

No images will be edited or delivered until all client closet items have been returned or the $100 closet fee has been paid.

You are more than welcome to wear something from your own wardrobe if that makes you feel more confident.

We run at tight ship, and there is often a session right behind yours. Your session starts at the agreed upon time.

If you are running late let us know via text/call ASAP.

This may impact your session time and the quality of your session/number of images delivered (due to lighting, weather etc).

If you are 15 minutes or more late we need to reschedule.

If you do not let me know you will be late and 15 minutes have passed after the agreed upon time - I will leave, and you will forfeit your session fee and retainer.

I totally understand. Life happens. Please email me at least 24 hours before your session time.

We can reschedule your session within 3 months of your date.

If there is an emergency let me know ASAP and we can figure things out.

If you are going to be more than 15 min late to your session we need to reschedule.

All reschedules may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Our retainer is non-refundable.

If you do not reschedule within 3 months of your original session date, you will forfeit your session fee.

If this is a mini session - the photographer will decide on a specific location in Boulder.

Depending on your goddess session, it will be either in Boulder, Denver, or the Denver Metro (60 miles round trip from 80302) – in a place that we mutually agreed upon.

I have lovely photography spots, and I am open to suggestions.

Please note: Many places in Colorado require a commercial photography permit. There may be permitting fees if you want a specific location that I do not already have a permit for.

I take a light editing approach. I will edit/smooth non-permanent things like acne, bruises, cuts etc as part of the session.

I will consider editing out more permanent things like scars, freckles, tattoos etc if you specifically ask but there may be a charge of $40 an hour depending on the complexity of the request.

Additional edit requests, if accepted, may incur a $40 per hour editing fee.

I will NOT edit permanent things on your body including: body structure, size of your body/parts, stretch marks, hair/eye color etc. because I believe in capturing your authentic self while manifesting your inner goddess.

We include travel fees in the Everyday Goddess Photography pricing. If you go outside of the package specifications, I charge $1 per mile round trip.

We charge a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the session. The retainer and signed agreement are due in order to book the session date.

The other 50% of of the session fee is due 48 hours before the session.

You may cancel at any time before you pay the remaining session fee.

The retainer is non-refundable.

Colorado is going to be unpredictable Colorado.

Approaching our chosen date, we will check the weather forecast daily and give you updates. If you feel displeased with the weather conditions, We are happy to reschedule if you email us with a 24 hours’ notice with a possible $25 rescheduling fee.

Otherwise plan for the weather - bring your snow boots, spray on the sunscreen, open your umbrella and let us create goddess magic together – We will bring the hand warmers and hot coco.

You must reschedule within 3 months of the original booking or forfeit the retainer.

We will reschedule if we deem the conditions unsafe or if Boulder Valley School District/the city of Boulder close due to inclement weather. We will send you an email 24 hours before and the day of the session to inform you of the cancelation. We will not charge a rescheduling fee if the photographer reschedules.

Yes! We know you will get lots of likes and compliments. We will give you a personal use license for printing, social media, cards, etc.

Unfortunately, no.

Most places in Colorado require commercial photography permits and often do not allow pop-up tents or attaching anything to trees or park features to create a privacy screen.

Everyday Goddess Photography sessions believe in taking care of people, the community, and the planet.

We adhere to "Leave No Trace" efforts.

Therefore, releasing plastics/confetti/rose petals/etc., harming animals, or the environment is not allowed.

Unfortunately, no. We do not release unedited or RAW files.

The Everyday Goddess Photography sessions intends to deliver images consistent with our portfolio.

We want you to be happy.

However, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction but may consider offering a reshoot based on the circumstances.

It happens frequently and it is one of the highest compliments I can receive.

You can purchase additional images for $20 an image. I also offer package deals 10 additional images for $85 or the entire gallery for $150.
